About Me

Moira Mills of Integrated Bodies

Professional Bio

A native of Sterling, Alaska, Moira Mills has been a professional body worker for more than 11 years. At the age of nineteen, Moira graduated from the School for Massage and immediately started her own business. She soon built a loyal following. Although Moira found her massage was achieving significant results, she still felt her efforts were failing to deal with the true cause of the client’s issues.

After four years of massage therapy, Moira had her first introduction to Rolfing. Right away, she understood this was a process that confronted the systemic causes of the body’s structural deterioration. She began her Rolfing training at The Rolf Institute® in Boulder, Colorado, ultimately completing her certification in Sydney, Australia. For the last six years, Moira has been practicing Rolfing in Upstate New York working with runners, professional dancers, Ironman competitors, singers and anyone interested in improving their body’s structural efficiency. She currently lives between Los Angeles, California and Albany, New York with her dog Sassy and is working toward improving her skill in Latin Dance with Bachata Caliente

Business Mission

The mission of Integrated Bodies is two fold: Firstly, to provide education, information and feedback, giving the client a thorough understanding of their physical structure and patterns of movement. Secondly, to help return people’s bodies to their originally balanced design in order to achieve optimal performance. It is my mission for all clients of Integrated Bodies to maximize their performance, physical expression, functionality and joy with the most important tool we have: our body.
